This beautifully written romance is complete escapism.
Each of the characters has been well developed, considering the
length of the story, and the dialogue revealed a great deal about
their personalities. ~ Lesley Jones for READERS FAVORITE

What
are you passionate about these days?
CH:
I pay it forward to other authors and have been for well over 15
years—that is only one of my passions. I wrote a book and had a
very hard time promoting it. So, I vowed to help as many other
authors as I could. And in 2005,
I did not have a way to get the word out about my book, A
Forgotten Negro League Star: A Personal Look at Al Burrows, which
was published in Jan 2004, but it is currently out-of-print. So, in
2005, I created Just About Books Internet Radio Talk Show. I gave
authors a one-hour interview to discuss their book. The Negro League
book wasn’t my first book; however, I needed to promote it locally
and nationally, so I decided that a radio show would help me get the
word out for myself and other authors. The book became well known by
my writing press releases, local and national newspaper articles, and
of course, word of mouth. Al Burrows was alive during that time and
he promoted the book, as well. I have continued to pay it forward
since 2013, by creating my blog, www.CherylHolloway.net/blog.
Last year my blog celebrated its Fifth Anniversary with over 500,000

Can
you give us a little background on June’s Double Rainbow?
CH:
I wanted to write a book with a slightly different literary appeal. I
wrote this book in English for an English-speaking audience. However,
I also speak French, and I have included some French phases in the
book. You can read the book with clarity without knowing the French
language. I have always wanted to write one of my books with French
phrases and words included. If you would like to know the exact
meaning for the French phrases, you can go to http://
context.reverso.net/ translation/ french-english/ for translation.
Do
you write one book at a time or do you have several going at a time?
CH: I usually write
several books at once, so I usually have several Works in Progress.
I guess you can say that I will be busy
writing for some time, especially with several unfinished books. LOL
How
often do you write?
CH:
I am a full-time writer, so I write all day, every day—mostly I am
writing my books and my blog. I just write
everyday with no particular word count in mind. I usually write 4+
hours (more like 8+ hours) every single day. You do what you love.
Can
you tell us a little about your writing?
CH:
Yes, some of my stories are super sexy with high drama and high
emotion, while others are the love-me-tender with plenty of affection
and romance. No matter what kind of romance you like— I think you
will find an enjoyable story in my writing.
